Yesterday, the Blogger website was shut down for maintenance, so most people weren't able to post their updates, but here's a quick run-through of the day.

Lots of singing. And lot's of running around the city! However, it was my first time feeling like a singer in the city. I rushed from one rehearsal to the next with my headphones in, listening to the audio I had taken of my previous class, applying the notes I was given, and practicing with the tracks on my iTunes. I had little awareness of who was listening to me on the sidewalks, I was just concerned with hitting my notes and perfecting my songs.
Notes: A Whole New World (Kurt and Misa)-- It's a Disney song, so be more animated and tell the story through more actions and facial expressions.
Someone Like You (Misa)-- Curve the mouth, make more of an oval shape when singing, "someone," it will help me get on the note more. Sing into cheekbone for "suddenly" and "ever be the same".
Defying Gravity (Kurt)-- Sounds classical, have to find your mix/belt voice. Use explosive consonant exercises like "book" and "go"to create more volume and a brighter sound.
Healthy Meals 23 and 24
Breakfast- I knew I was going to be singing all day, so I did some research to figure out what I should eat, but I didn't get much help. Everything said don't eat dairy, chocolate, or citrus fruits, and drink tea with honey. That didn't really help me to know what I could eat. Nevertheless, I just had fruit and cereal without milk. I'll continue to see if there are any recommended items to start the day.
Lunch- ground turkey and veggie wrap
----
I'm in a rush, so I don't have time for much personal insight. I'll get back on track on Saturday!
